These terms govern your use of aartian.com and beta.aartian.com (the “Site”), operated by Aartian Technologies Pvt. Ltd., A3-1103, Nandan Prospera, Balewadi, Pune 411045, Maharashtra, India.
By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
1. These terms are not your contract with us
If you engage Aartian for services, that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement: a Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, and where applicable a Data Processing Agreement.
Those documents take precedence over these terms in every respect. Nothing on this Site forms part of a services contract, varies one, or creates one.
2. What you may do
Read the Site, download material we have made publicly available, and share links to it. That is all we ask and all we permit by default.
3. What you may not do
- Copy, republish or resell Site content as your own
- Scrape the Site at a rate that degrades it for others, or bypass technical restrictions
- Use the Site to transmit unlawful, misleading or harmful material
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
- Use the Site or its content to train a machine-learning model without our written permission
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, design, code, diagrams, marks and written material) is owned by Aartian or licensed to us, and is protected by Indian and international law. “Aartian” and the Aartian mark are our trade marks.
Nothing on the Site grants you a licence to our intellectual property beyond ordinary reading and linking.
Work produced inside a client engagement is a separate matter and is dealt with in the engagement contract, which assigns deliverables to the client.
5. Content is information, not advice
Everything on this Site, including any framework, diagram, benchmark, case description or recommendation, is general information published for context. It is not professional, technical, financial or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to act.
Do not make a decision of consequence on the basis of this Site alone. Any figures, timelines or outcomes described are illustrative of past or typical engagements and are not a prediction, guarantee or commitment in respect of your circumstances.
6. Third-party links
We link to third-party sites where useful. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. beta.aartian.com is a staging environment, may be unstable or incomplete, and should not be relied on for any purpose.
8. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aartian will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated saving, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Site is limited to INR 10,000.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Aartian against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the Site.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
12. Changes
We may revise these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top of the page tells you when it last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
